PRISCILLA BLOCK RELEASES 14-TRACK PORTRAIT OF VULNERABILITY IN NEW ALBUM THINGS YOU DIDN’T SEE (AUDIO CUT X CUT)

Priscilla Block – Things You Didn’t See | Album Art

RIAA PLATINUM-selling artist Priscilla Block’s sophomore album Things You Didn’t See – a 14-track, David Garcia-produced pop-country portrait of unvarnished vulnerability, healing and resilience – is available today via MCA — listen HERE.

Here’s what critics are saying:

“tightly crafted, wordplay-heavy”  – New York Times

“unfiltered, poetically raw sensibility” – Billboard

“feisty, lovelorn” – Tennessean

“talented tunesmith” – MusicRow

“unmistakable vocals” – Country Now

The record has also been featured on UPROXX, Consequence, GRAMMY.com, and more. Leading into today’s release, Block performed “You’re Breaking My Heart (Cecilia),” a fiery reimagining of the 1970 Simon & Garfunkel classic, on NBC’s Today Show in August, and she is set to appear on The Kelly Clarkson Show on Friday, October 17 (check local listings).

Block is set to headline the Monster Energy Outbreak Tour: Things You Didn’t See, kicking off October 23 in Fort Myers, FL, with Greylan James and Payton Smith joining on select dates. She is currently on Cole Swindell’s Happy Hour Sad Tour through the end of the month and recently announced her debut headline show, “Priscilla Block & Friends,” at Nashville’s historic Ryman Auditorium, slated for March 4, 2026. AUDIO CUT X CUT:

TRACK 01: “Things You Didn’t See” (AUDIO)
Things You Didn’t See made perfect sense to title the album this. I feel like there’s so much of my life that I show on the internet, and I’m very open, but there’s so many parts of my life that people haven’t seen and I felt like this was my chance to share my story and share a deeper side that people might not know yet.”
TRACK 02: “Bring Me Downtown” (AUDIO)
Bring Me Downtown is one of my favorite songs on the record. This song is about how, you you used to bring me downtown, and now this is a bring me downtown. It’s like, it’s when you’re with somebody and it used to be a fun place and now whenever you go out, you see them everywhere, and it went from something that was so fun to something that’s sad and it’s just a bring me downtown.”
TRACK 03: “Stranger Things feat. Chase Matthew” (AUDIO)
“Stranger Things with Chase Matthew is one of my favorites on the record. This is the whole idea of why can’t a girl and guy get back together? Like stranger things happen every single day. There’s so many things that happen that we never think twice about, but sometimes you see a couple come back together and it like throws everyone for a loop. This, you know, having the guy and girl kind of push and pull on it, like we’ve been feeling this way like why can’t we just get back together? Stranger things have happened.”
TRACK 04: “Goodwill To Gucci” (AUDIO)
Goowill to Gucci is a confident banger on the album. I mean, it is all the vibes. is so; it’s so me, but I feel like when you listen to it, it’s like, I hope it just gives you a boost of confidence. It’s like the whole idea that, you know, you just rock whatever you’re wearing, whether it’s Goodwill, whether it’s Gucci, wherever you’re at, whatever you’re wearing, just own it. Like there’s so much power in just being confident and rocking what you got and just being unapologetically you.”
TRACK 05: “Phones and Radio” (AUDIO)
“Phones and radios has to be, I think, my favorite on the album. I love the songwriting that this song has. the whole feeling of when you hear it’s over and your heart just drops. And this happens to take place in the middle of nowhere, and you’re like, only phones and radio should break up out here. How are we breaking up? It’s where your heart just sinks. And um this song is just, I love the… the bridge where it says, took all my peace and quiet. Now it’s all just awkward silence.”
TRACK 06: “Couldn’t Care Less” (AUDIO)
“Writing Couldn’t Care Less was therapy that I honestly didn’t even know I needed. It’s my story. It’s kind of where I’ve been over the past couple years. And I just kind of felt like it was my letter to anyone that maybe hasn’t understood my artistry yet. It’s, you might see a girl with a big personality and you may assume that she’s bulletproof, but the honest truth is like I have insecurities too. I just… There was a time in my life where I was kind of feeling misunderstood and I hope that this song kind of makes you understand me more.”
TRACK 07: “2-3-4” (AUDIO)
“2-3-4 is obviously a breakup song and I love this song so much. I love the way that, you know, heartbreak can kind of make you feel delusional where it has been two years, three months, four days ago, which in the grand scheme of things, that does feel like a long time. But I love saying it’s only been this long because it shows you how delusional you can be of holding on to love and just being like. It hasn’t been that long, like, could we go back and maybe make things right?”
TRACK 08: “Try” (AUDIO)
“Try is such a fun song, oh my gosh. I just love the way that it makes you feel. Um It’s the whole idea of like flirting with a guy or girl on the dance floor and it’s like, you know, I’m not going home with you tonight, but I’d love for you to like try and convince me otherwise.”
TRACK 09: “Good On You” (AUDIO)
“Good On You is such a sassy anthem. Like I feel, can’t wait to sing this song in stadiums one day. Just, there’s so much power in letting go of trying to be what somebody wants you to be that doesn’t feel authentic to you. And that, that’s what Good On You is. It’s just like, you know what? Good on you for finding that. Like I’m not that person.”
TRACK 10: “Yard Sale” (AUDIO)
“Yard sale. Oh my gosh. I love Yard Sale so much. It is, it’s really taken a life of its own. I mean, people show up to the concerts with a yard sale signs and it’s about selling somebody’s things. Like, you know, I told you to come pick them up, lucky for you, I am having a big old yard sale. So if you want anything back, you better bring cash.”
TRACK 11: “You’re Breaking My Heart (Cecilia)” (AUDIO)
“You’re Breaking My Heart, Cecilia is so fun. This song is a reimagined version of the classic Cecilia by Simon Garfunkel, which my mom grew up listening to. So ever since I heard the song, I just felt like it was mine and it feels like the modern-day Jolene. It’s, I love a good home wrecking song and the whole idea is like, I see you making eyes, but I promise you like you can bark, but you can’t bite.”
TRACK 12: “He’s My Man” (AUDIO)
“He’s My Man was the first love song that I released and it was kind of the first step into kind of showing my love life with the world and this song is, you know, it’s who he is, but it’s for the guys. I feel like there’s so many country songs about the girls, but this is for the guys that, the guy that makes you feel seen, the guy that makes you feel confident like you’re the only girl in the room. It’s the guy of, you know, few words but he never forgets to let you know like how much you mean to him.”
TRACK 13: “Elijah” (AUDIO)
“Elijah is a super special song on this record. It is a little look into my life and my relationship that I’m super proud of. It’s kind of our love story about how we dated when we were younger and we fell apart and came back together stronger than ever. And, you know, I love this song so much because I feel like the greatest love stories, some of the greatest love stories of all time happen to be, you know, couples finding their way back together and being stronger than ever and that’s what my relationship is.”
TRACK 14: “Time Ain’t A Two Lane” (AUDIO)
“Time Ain’t A Two Lane is definitely one of, it was the hardest song emotionally to write. It’s off of a true story that I wrote about my friend who tragically lost his sister. You know, the one thing in this life is the only guaranteed is that we’re gonna experience loss at some point. So I hope this song inspires you to call the people that you’ve been meaning to call and take the trip that you said that you were gonna take with them. And you know, take the time while you have it because time and a two lane you can’t go back.”
