NASHVILLE, Tenn. (November 7, 2025) – Interscope/MCA Nashville/Music Soup star Vincent Mason delivers his long-awaited debut album, There I Go, available everywhere today. Written in the wake of the past five whirlwind years, There I Go chronicles Vincent leaving home for Nashville, chasing down songs, tasting early success, and weathering the bruises that come with life on the road while building out his dream. His recently announced headline tour of the same name sees the rising star continuing momentum across the country before joining one of his biggest influences, Morgan Wallen, on select dates of his Still The Problem stadium tour.

Vincent Mason – There I Go (STORY BEHIND THE ALBUM)
“My debut album, There I Go, is about the last year to year and a half of my life after Riding Hills at Ants 4. And just kind of getting used to living on the road. And all the songs got written over a two to three year period. So we found kind of that loose through line of everything that’s happened to me ever since my life became ah traveling, basically. And just kind of my story and how to thread that line between all these songs. I love the way we track listed these songs, I love the way we cut these songs, and I love this album.”

There I Go captures a very specific chapter of my life and freezes it in time. Before I started living on the road, I always liked to keep my life simple and routine, but after writing “Hell is a Dance Floor,” that was hardly ever the case,” Mason explains. “My day-to-day life changed in such a significant way that I never really felt like I had time to process any of it. When I was writing this album, I looked back on and worked through all the highs and lows that come with life on the road and being in your 20s. Every song holds a memory and will always bring me back to this eighteen-month stretch of my life.” Mason delivers each lyric with a buttery-smooth vocal that’s as effortless as it is emotive, modern, melodic country with a pop-soul edge. The record features Mason’s breakout anthem “Hell Is a Dance Floor,” which now boasts over200 million streams and was RIAA Gold certified, plus his first Top 35 radio single, “Wish You Well.” From the energy of those early hits to the quiet moments of reflection threaded throughout, Mason shows a command of storytelling that feels wise beyond his years. Adding fuel to an already electric album release week, Mason also dropped the official music video for “Damned If I Do” on Tuesday. The video shows off more than just this powerful breakup anthem; Mason leans into his acting chops, delivering a performance that’s equal parts heartbreak and charm.

2025 has already been a landmark year, including making his national television debut onThe Kelly Clarkson Show and selling out his first-ever headline tour. He also graced the stage opening for Jordan Davis, Parker McCollum, Riley Green, and Megan Moroney, building a strong momentum of new fans along the way.

ABOUT VINCENT MASON:

Growing up in Roswell, Georgia, Vincent Mason absorbed the music his mom was listening to:
Maroon 5, Jack Johnson, early John Mayer…singer-songwriters whose supple confessionals
were abetted by virtuosic playing and rock-solid writing. When he got to college, Mason caught wind of Texas country artist Parker McCollum, who was “singing Texas country music with John Mayer-style songwriting.” It sparked something in his brain—he’d spent years of his life diving obsessively into Mayer’s catalogue, and now he was connecting with modern country music. Mason began to piece together a songwriting style that was informed by the intimacy of what he grew up listening to, the storytelling and darkness of outlaw country, and a penchant for hooks that make even the torture of lost love sound appealing. He dropped out of school without a concrete plan. Mason’s songs found the ear of Jake Gear, a producer, publisher, and now A&R, who has worked with artists like Kelsea Ballerini, Jelly Roll, Morgan Wallen, Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Carrie Underwood, and many more. For three years Gear and Mason, alongside a host of songwriters and producers like Brett Truitt and Chris LaCorte wrote, refined, and perfected the songs that would make up Mason’s debut, There I Go, a 14 track opus that finds Mason living in bars, looking for love, embracing the pain of romantic near-misses, plumbing the depths of the loneliness of the road in search of epiphany and comfort. It’s a mature album that doesn’t forego big hooks in favor of nuance, instead finding space for both. Their hard work has been paying off: This year, Vincent Mason has played major festivals like Stagecoach, Calf Fry, and Rock the South, and toured in support of artists including RileyGreen, Parker McCollum, Jordan Davis, Luke Bryan, and more. His hits, including “Hell is a Dancefloor” (175M cross-platform streams and RIAA Gold certified), “Wish You Well (2M cross-platform streams and counting), and “Damned If I Do” (27M cross-platform streams and counting), have set him up to be one of the fastest rising new artists in country. This winter, he’ll be taking There I Go on the road for another headlining tour.
